I run Nexus Web, a small design studio built around one idea: most businesses don't lose customers because of what they sell — they lose them in the ten seconds someone spends judging their website.
My work is design-led and built by hand. I start with the business, not the layout: who the customer is, what they need to see first, and what action the page should lead to. Then I design the interface, write the structure, and build it so it stays fast and holds together on a phone as well as it does on a large screen.
